What we do with your answers.
Short version: we use them to run the Bonanza, and that's it.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, and the answers you give about your vehicle, business, coverage, or trip. Photo links or uploads you add to a registration. We also process basic request metadata and submission times to limit spam and investigate delivery issues.
Why
To review registrations and applications, plan space, parking, and the road trip, and to contact you about the event. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered to the Solos Beach Bonanza team's configured spreadsheet or notification inbox. We confirm receipt after at least one destination accepts the submission. Uploaded photos are stored with Cloudinary when uploads are enabled; removing a preview does not delete a hosted photo. Email us for removal. Video players load from YouTube only after you press play; preview images come from YouTube before playback.
In your browser
When browser storage is available, our forms save an unsent draft on this device. The form clears its matching answers after confirmed submission, and you can clear them yourself. A non-personal revision marker helps older tabs detect changed or cleared answers before saving or sending them again. On a shared device, clear unsent answers and close other open tabs before leaving. We don't use advertising cookies.
Questions or removal
Email SolosBeachBonanza@gmail.com and we'll tell you what we have or delete it.
