Getting here

Pick your ride.

Flying in

For Thursday in Orlando, fly into Orlando International (MCO). Check directions to the Embassy Suites and allow extra time for traffic and hotel arrival.

Going straight to the Keys? Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) are mainland options. Driving times depend on traffic; Florida City is where US-1 turns into the Overseas Highway. Official Keys travel guidance.

Driving your classic

The best way to arrive is with us: meet in Orlando Thursday and drive the Road to the Keys Friday. About 385 miles for the day, including lunch in Marathon.

Friday's route

Trailering

Trailer and tow-rig parking will be available at the show. Put your total truck-and-trailer length on your registration so we can plan space.

Final instructions go to registered participants before the event.

By boat

Gilbert's Resort has a marina and welcomes boaters. Tie up and walk over to the show.

Contact the resort about a slip before you come.

Budget for the trip

Free admission. Your own travel plans.

Saturday spectator admission and the Friday beach party are free. Approved show vehicles pay $40; approved vendors pay $500 for their space.

Hotel rooms, individual meals at the Marathon lunch stop, fuel, tolls, and any rental-company charges are separate. Ask hotels about resort fees, pet fees, parking, and cancellation terms before booking. Sunday's optional airboat plans and cost are still to come.

Event refund and rescheduling terms have not yet been published. Ask the team before making a payment.
